Leandra Margaça, born and raised in a small village called Mamarrosa, in Aveiro, Portugal.
As her parents worked in shifts, she ended up spending more time with her grandparents.  When she was 13, her parents moved to the Netherlands and she ended up staying with her grandparents to study.  In Portugal she studied science and technology and at the age of 17 she moved to the Netherlands, where she started by learning Dutch and then studying order and security. While studying, she cleaned offices has part times and later switched from cleaning to restaurant.  This raised her passion for always want to give the best customer experience and to be the best at what she did.  In the last 10 years she worked in a restaurants like Gaúchos Restaurant and Blaauw, but it was at The Student Hotel where she had the greatest learning, taking advantage of "Blue Print", connect, play with the wink, be friendly, be you.
